Gasification smokeless furnace
Patented high-temperature pyrolysis with secondary combustion — over 85% efficiency, no smoke, no odour.
Three model sizes — 63, 92 and 120 — gasify biomass fuel at high temperature, then burn the gas a second time. Compact, light and movable, with custom sizes available on request.

Gasification hot-water boiler
3–5 tonnes of hot water an hour from biomass, with low flue-gas temperature and high thermal recovery.
High-temperature pyrolysis of biomass material followed by combustion of the pyrolysis gas raises biomass energy utilisation substantially while keeping exhaust temperature low.

Gasification hot-air furnace
Smart temperature control and an independent flue keep the delivered air clean and precisely regulated.
Gasifies waste and biomass without smoke, dust or odour and delivers hot air for space heating or drying rooms. Dust collection and filtration sit inside the unit; the flue runs separately so the air stream stays pure.

Gasification drying room
A compressed drying process that replaces steam — sized to your volume, with trolleys and trays to match.
Smokeless, dust-free high-temperature pyrolysis heats circulating air through pipework at low combustion temperature. It replaces microwave and steam drying and cuts drying cost sharply, with an independent flue protecting product quality.

Rotary tumble dryer
1.5 tonnes of feedstock an hour, dropping moisture 15 points, with a shaftless auger and tumbling internals.
Makes full use of agricultural and forestry residues with smokeless, dust-free combustion. Secondary combustion cuts energy consumption and the vertical tumbling layout saves floor area while shortening drying time.

Sealed pyrolysis into high-grade biochar — no smoke, no odour, no tar, with fixed carbon above 85%.
Gasification, carbonisation and drying combined in a single unit. The sealed design raises carbonisation efficiency, lowers energy use, stabilises char quality and reduces labour cost.

Char–gas co-production line
Biochar and biomass fuel gas from one line — the gas feeds drying, heating and power on site.
Pyrolysis and gasification of wood, straw and other biomass produce biochar while releasing biomass fuel gas. Resource use and energy output are captured in the same loop, cutting operating cost substantially.

Nothing leaves the site as waste heat.
Each machine is a node in the same loop: residues are gasified, the pyrolysis gas is burnt a second time, and the recovered heat drives drying, heating and hot water while carbon stays locked in biochar.
